This book by Robyn Youkilis is fantastic. She is an expert health coach with her own practice in the USA. Her book focuses on how to heal your gut with easy to implement yummy recipes. She really knows her stuff.
This book will help you if you suffer with fatigue, insomina, bloating, indigestion and IBS. also includes inspiring and yummy recipes. If you are like me and on a limited diet, then her all natural ingredient recipes are winners.
I am still going through it slowly as I have so many books on the go, but I love it already.
